Situation
Development of Leasehold Properties in Berkshire, used same managing agent for several years.

Problem
Agent had been taken over by large National, the RMC saw a fall in service and found it problematic to deal with at the same time increasing their fees.

Solution
Our approach of offering a customer facing service whereby we regularly visit developments quickly returned the development to a service level they were expecting.
