As a small site the RMC had managed the development themselves. However, as units were let out and residents changed or were away for extended periods managing the financial aspect of the development became increasingly problematic.
As sound financial management is the foundation of good property management in our view, we quickly got on top of the debtors. Dealing with neighbours who don’t pay is one of the downsides of self-managing so we were pleased to help.
