As an existing customer of SennenPM we hope you are happy with the service received, of course you can contact us if you have any issues or indeed if you would like to confirm all is well too of course! Please see below for some of the services that may be useful for you as a current customer of SennenPM.

Homeowner Portal

Our Homeowner portal will allow you to check your account, download your invoices/statements, report issues and see the progress of any issues raised. In addition, we use our Portal for regular updates and information such as what to do in an emergency. Please contact us for information on how you can gain access. Moving house?

If you pay Service Charge and/or Ground Rent then your solicitors will require some information from us. We are aware that this is a very important and expensive time for you and therefore we will endeavour to provide this as soon as possible. Please ask your solicitors to Contact Us in order to begin this process. We do make a reasonable charge for this information but we are pleased that this is an industry leading low fee of £360 for Leasehold properties and £240 for Freehold properties, additional queries are charged at £12 per question.

Once you’ve completed your purchase, our charge for receipting the Notice of Transfer is £108. Any Certificate of Compliance and/or Deed of Covenant are charged at £108 each.

We believe communication is paramount so please contact us with any query. We communicate mostly via email and/or our Portal as we believe this is the way people like to be contacted, however we can be contacted via traditional methods of course along with new media such as twitter @SennenPM
