Situation
South East Developer had several sites across the South East that had not been handed to an RMCo.

Problem
The developer was providing a low level of service and was not recovering the costs of numerous developments that had never been handed over.

Solution
We were quickly able to establish budgets and engage with the owners within these developments. They were happy to move forward once we explained the benefits to accepting handover and being in charge of their own budgets etc. Our Developer client was also happy to finally get these developments handed over.
