Managing Expectations

Situation
Requested by Well Known Southern Developer to take on Management of a development of flats and houses.

Problem
Had to manage expectations from existing budget provided in the sales process. Buildings Insurance had been excluded by the previous Agents and Landscaping service not sufficient for quality of development.

Solution
Through efficiencies elsewhere in the budget, we were able to include Buildings Insurance and even increase the levels of services elsewhere in the budget.
